2. Where can I purchase LABOK products?
You can purchase directly from us by contacting one of our Sales & Product Specialists. Please note that all pieces are made to order.
3. When will my order be shipped, and when can I expect it to arrive?
Once your order has completed production and all remaining balances are settled, your pieces will be shipped at the earliest opportunity. Delivery times vary depending on the destination city and your chosen shipping options. You’ll receive shipping details once your order has been dispatched.
4. What shipping options are available?
You have the option to arrange transportation from our facilities to your desired location or let us assist you in finding the best transport option. If you choose to manage the transportation yourself, please ensure the shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they’re dispatched.

6. Can I request modifications to the pieces?
Yes, we accept custom or bespoke orders, although certain customizations may be subject to approval. Custom orders may incur a customization fee or special pricing, depending on the extent of the modifications. The decision on additional fees will be communicated to you on a case-by-case basis. Please note that custom orders are not returnable.
7. Where are the products manufactured, and where is your headquarters located?
Our facilities are situated in Lahore Pakistan. All our products are meticulously handcrafted by a team of skilled artisans.
8. What is the lead time for orders?
The production time typically ranges from 3 to 5 weeks, excluding delivery time. Custom products may have a lead time of 5 to 8 weeks.
